Job summary

Dunn-Edwards is seeking a Customer Service Lead to support store management in delivering an outstanding guest experience and efficient store operations. You will assist with customer interactions, product recommendations, and transactions at the POS while helping to keep the sales floor stocked and organized.

Qualifications

• Must be capable of performing supervisory duties during shifts.
• Ability to deliver excellent customer service and up-sell when appropriate.
• Bilingual is a plus and helpful for diverse customers.

Responsibilities

• Assist store management in daily operations and guest experience.
• Provide expert advice to customers and process transactions at POS.
• Manage staff allocation to keep sales floor stocked and organized.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards at all times.
• Maintain clean and organized store and stock areas.
• Open and close procedures and basic computer tasks.
