Job summary

Dunn-Edwards in Santa Rosa, CA is seeking a Customer Service Lead to assist the store management team with delivering a distinctive shopping experience and handling store operations during scheduled shifts. You will advise customers in person and by phone, process transactions through the POS, stock shelves, and supervise during shifts to uphold Dunn-Edwards’ standards of fast, reliable service.

Prior supervisory experience and a valid driver’s license are a plus.

Qualifications

• Four years of high school diploma or GED required.
• Previous shift supervisory experience is a plus.
• Ability to read and write English; bilingual is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Experience with POS system and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers, ask about their project and offer options and advice.
• Ensure timely delivery of products meeting quality and service expectations.
• Act as a positive representative of the Dunn-Edwards brand.
• Process customer orders via email, phone, and in person through POS.
• Adhere to safety and regulatory standards and assist with store procedures.
• Maintain stock levels and merchandise according to planograms.
