Job summary

Dunn-Edwards Paints is seeking a Customer Service Lead in the United States to support store management. This role provides expert advice to customers, processes transactions, and helps stock and maintain the sales floor.

The position includes shift supervision when managers are unavailable and a focus on delivering Dunn-Edwards’ fast, reliable service. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and prior supervisory experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Four years of High School with diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• Previous shift supervisory experience is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures is expected.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers in-person and by phone to offer expert advice.
• Process and complete transactions through the POS system.
• Stock and merchandise to planogram; maintain clean store and equipment.
• Assist with staff allocation and ensure store operations during shifts.
• Drive safe operation of the store in absence of managers.
