Job summary

Dunn-Edwards Corporation seeks a Customer Service Lead for our Cave Creek, AZ location to support store management in delivering a distinctive shopping experience. You will assist in operations, allocate staff, and ensure the sales floor stays stocked, while providing expert customer guidance in person and over the phone.

You will process transactions, uphold safety standards, and act as a leadership bridge during shifts when managers are unavailable.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience in customer service or retail supervisory role preferred.
• Ability to operate POS and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist store management in delivering a distinctive shopping experience.
• Allocate staff and resources to keep the sales floor stocked.
• Interact with customers via phone and in person to offer expert advice.
• Process transactions through the POS system.
• Take on store operations in the absence of store leaders.
