Job summary

Dunn-Edwards is seeking a Customer Service Lead to assist the store management team, supervise the shift, and ensure a distinctive shopping experience for our guests. You will help manage staff, stock, and operations while delivering expert product advice and handling sales floor tasks.

As the CSL, you will interact with customers in person and over the phone, process transactions, and support safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Four years of high school with diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• Previous shift supervisory experience is a plus.
• Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally; bilingual is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Make a connection with customers, assess needs, and offer options and advice.
• Ensure product delivery meets Dunn-Edwards’ and customer quality and service expectations.
• Perform duties as a shift supervisor when opening/closing and direct store associates.
• Efficiently process customer orders via email, phone, or in-person and complete POS transactions.
• Uphold Dunn-Edwards brand and maintain professional conduct on shift.
• Maintain inventory levels and stock merchandise according to planogram.
