Sherwin-Williams Co. is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support retail and wholesale customers. You will help identify needs, recommend paint solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction while contributing to store sales goals.

Responsibilities include assisting customers in person and by phone, processing transactions, stocking shelves, tinting/mixing as required, and supporting delivery activities. Prior experience in paint-related sales is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent sales service to customers in-store and over the phone.
• Determine customer needs and present appropriate paint products and services.
• Build trust with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process transactions accurately and per policies.
• Aim for monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
• Maintain organized work files and inventory records.
• Stock shelves and set up displays.
• Tint and mix products per customer specs.
• Assist in deliveries as needed.
• Remain knowledgeable about products and options.
