Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support both wholesale and retail customers. You will determine needs, recommend Sho and related products, and resolve issues to ensure maximum customer satisfaction while supporting store sales goals.

Responsibilities include assisting customers in person and by phone, processing sales, stocking displays, tinting/mixing products, and helping with deliveries.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship.
• Valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs on occasion.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting products.
• Build trust with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and according to policies.
• Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
• Maintain accurate work order files and formulas.
• Pull products from floor or warehouse; tint and mix as needed.
• Stock shelves and set up displays; clean equipment.
• Load/unload delivery trucks; assist with deliveries.
• Maintain in-stock, presentable areas; stay knowledgeable on products.
• Follow inventory procedures; suggest ways to improve sales.
