Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support wholesale and retail customers by identifying needs and recommending Sherwin-Williams products. You will resolve concerns promptly and help maintain store standards and sales performance.

Responsibilities include assisting customers in person and by phone, processing transactions accurately, tinting and mixing products, stocking displays, and staying knowledgeable about product features to drive customer

Responsibilities

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies and procedures.
Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
Tint and mix products, as needed, to customer specifications.
Stock shelves and set up displays.
Load/unload delivery trucks and assist in deliveries as needed.
Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options.
