Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support our retail stores by assisting wholesale and retail customers, answering product questions, and recommending solutions. You will help resolve customer concerns and maintain product quality and store presentation to meet sales goals.

Responsibilities include in-person and phone assistance, processing transactions, stocking, tinting and mixing products, and supporting deliveries when needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies and procedures.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Stock shelves and set up displays; tint and mix products per customer specs.
• Load/unload delivery trucks and assist with deliveries as needed.
