Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to assist wholesale and retail customers, determine needs, and recommend solutions. The role emphasizes resolving concerns, maintaining product standards, and meeting store sales goals.

You will support in-store and call-center interactions, uphold product knowledge, and contribute to a positive shopping experience for customers in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• English and Spanish proficient in reading, writing, and speaking.
• Valid, unrestricted driver’s license.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs on occasion.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.
• Internal Sherwin-Williams employees: must have a “meets expectations” rating and HR Cloud eLearning completed.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistent with policies and procedures.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
