The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support wholesale and retail customers, determine needs, answer product questions, and recommend solutions. You will resolve concerns, stay current on product features, and help maintain visual standards and store quality.

Responsibilities include processing transactions, meeting monthly sales targets, stocking displays, tinting and mixing products, and assisting with deliveries as needed.

Qualifications

• Must provide excellent customer service and meet sales goals.
• Ability to assist in person and over the phone with product questions.
• Willingness to lift up to 50 lbs and handle inventory tasks.
