Job summary

Sherwin-Williams Co. is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to assist customers in selecting the right paint and related products, answer questions, and resolve concerns while supporting store visual standards.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
Lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs on occasion.
Willing to work evenings and weekends.
Internal Sherwin-Williams employee rating of at least "meets expectations".
Completed HR Cloud eLearning courses required for current position.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent sales service to customers.
Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and recommending products.
Build trust with wholesale and retail customers.
Process sales transactions accurately and according to store policies.
Achieve and track monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
Maintain accurate work order files, stock and display shelves.
Tint and mix products as needed to customer specifications.
Load/unload deliveries and assist with deliveries when required.
Keep assigned areas clean, organized and presentable.
