The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Customer Service Specialist in the United States to support both wholesale and retail customers. You will determine customer needs, answer questions about products, and recommend solutions to ensure maximum satisfaction while helping achieve store sales targets.

Your role involves in-person and phone interactions, processing purchases, stocking shelves, tinting and mixing products, and assisting deliveries as needed.

Formación

• Must be at least eighteen years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Valid, unrestricted driver's license.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Delivery and sales experience preferred.
• Spanish language ability is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies and procedures.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Maintain precise work order files and formulas.
• Pull appropriate products from the sales floor or warehouse.
• Tint and mix products, as needed, to customer specifications.
• Stock shelves and set up displays.
• Load/unload delivery trucks and assist deliveries when needed.
• Maintain in-stock and presentable condition in assigned areas.
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options.
