Job summary

Sherwin-Williams Co. is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to assist wholesale and retail customers, determine needs, and recommend Sherwin-Williams products.

You will resolve concerns, stay informed about product features, and help meet store sales goals while maintaining high visual standards. Responsibilities include in-person and phone assistance, order processing, tinting and mixing, stocking displays, and delivering reliable service to customers, including potential deliveries.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work without sponsorship in the country of employment.
• Valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Able to work evenings and weekends as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting products/services.
• Build productive trust with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and in line with store policies.
• Maintain inventory and display standards; support loading/unloading deliveries.
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications; stock shelves and maintain displays.
• Remain knowledgeable on products and options to discuss with customers.
