Job summary

Dunn-Edwards is seeking a Customer Service Lead (CSL) to assist store management in delivering a distinctive shopping experience and to run store operations during shifts. You will model exceptional customer service, manage staff resources, stock the sales floor, and build trusted partnerships with painting professionals.

• Four years of high school with diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Previous experience in a shift supervisory role is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret documents; write routine reports and correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers, assess project needs, provide options and advice.
• Ensure on-time product delivery meeting quality and service expectations.
• Act as a positive extension of the Dunn-Edwards brand.
• Take customer orders via email, phone, or in person and process at POS.
• Maintain safety and regulatory standards; assist with store operations during shifts.
• Stock merchandise and manage inventory levels; operate computer systems.
