Job summary

Dunn-Edwards is seeking a Customer Service Lead to support the store management team and ensure a distinctive guest experience. The role focuses on customer engagement, staff allocation during shifts, and keeping the sales floor stocked and organized.

You'll provide expert product advice, process transactions, and uphold the Dunn-Edwards vision of fast, reliable service. This position paves the way for growth, with ongoing learning through Dunn-Edwards Learning Network and certification programs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Previous shift supervisory experience is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to operate POS and basic computer skills.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and climb ladders.

Responsibilities

• Make a connection with customers, ask about their project, and offer options and advice.
• Ensure product delivery meets Dunn-Edwards quality and service expectations.
• Maintain professional conduct as a positive ambassador for the Dunn-Edwards brand.
• Take customer orders via email, phone, in-person and process through POS.
• Assist with safety and regulatory standards and store procedures.
• Utilize basic computer skills for store operations.
• Clean and maintain store and equipment; assist with inventory levels.
• Communicate clearly in writing and speech.
• Stock and merchandise products according to planogram.
