Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support retail and wholesale customers, determine needs, and recommend solutions. You will resolve concerns, stay updated on product features, and help maintain store quality and displays to meet sales targets.

Responsibilities include assisting customers in person and by phone, processing transactions, and ensuring accurate records while building strong customer relationships and meeting monthly and quarterly sales goals.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs on occasion.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies and procedures.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Maintain precise work order files and formulas.
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications.
• Stock shelves and set up displays.
• Load/unload delivery trucks and assist in deliveries as needed.
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options.
