Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to assist wholesale and retail customers and recommend the right solutions across Sherwin-Williams products. You will resolve concerns, maintain product knowledge, and help achieve store sales goals in a fast-paced environment.

The role covers in-store and phone support, product tinting and mixing as needed, stocking shelves, setting up displays, and supporting deliveries.

Qualifications

• Customer service and sales experience in paint or retail preferred.
• Able to lift up to 70 lbs with or without accommodation.
• Able to work evenings and weekends.
• Valid, unrestricted driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through sales service
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies and procedures
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications
• Stock shelves and set up displays
• Load/unload delivery trucks and assist with deliveries
• Maintain in-stock and presentable areas
• Stay knowledgeable on products offered and discuss options
