Job summary

Sherwin-Williams Co. is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support retail and wholesale customers, determine needs, and recommend product solutions. You will resolve concerns, ensure client satisfaction, and help maintain store standards and visual presentation.

Responsibilities include processing transactions, stocking, tinting/mixing products, and assisting in deliveries when needed. Availability for evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in retail or delivery settings.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Provide high levels of customer service and sales support.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone to determine needs.
• Process sales transactions accurately per policies.
• Maintain inventory, displays and store cleanliness.
• Assist in deliveries and loading/unloading as needed.
• Stay knowledgeable on products and pricing options.
• Follow inventory procedures and strive to meet sales goals.
