Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is hiring a Customer Service Specialist to support our retail and wholesale customers. You will help customers identify needs, answer questions about products, and recommend the right solutions to ensure satisfaction.

You will also help maintain store standards and assist with deliveries as required. This role requires attention to product knowledge, strong communication, and the ability to work with a team to meet monthly sales goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
• Valid, unrestricted driver's license.
• Lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent sales service to customers in-store and over the phone.
• Assist customers by determining needs and recommending products and services.
• Process sales transactions accurately per store policies.
• Stock shelves and maintain product displays and store cleanliness.
• Load/unload delivery trucks and assist with deliveries as needed.
• Stay knowledgeable about products and promotions to answer questions.
