Job summary

Dunn-Edwards is seeking a Customer Service Lead to support the store management team, ensuring a distinctive shopping experience and efficient operations during scheduled shifts.

The CSL will model exceptional customer service, assist with staffing, organize sales floors and stock areas, and act as acting store leader in the absence of store leadership, with opportunities to grow through Dunn-Edwards Learning Network.

Qualifications

• Four years of high school with diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience in a shift supervisory role is a plus.
• Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally.

Responsibilities

• Assist store management with ensuring a distinctive shopping experience.
• Allocate staff and resources to keep the sales floor stocked.
• Organize sales floor and stock areas; build partnerships with painting professionals.
• Act as shift supervisor in absence of Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager.
• Process transactions and handle customer inquiries via phone and in person.
