Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support our retail store in Elizabethton, TN. You will assist in person and over the phone, determine customer needs, present products, and process transactions with accuracy while meeting sales goals.

You will build trust with wholesale and retail customers, stay informed about product features, and help maintain high visual standards and stock levels. This role emphasizes excellent service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs on occasion.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products.
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies and procedures.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas.
