Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Customer Service Specialist for our Brentwood, TN stores. You will help wholesale and retail customers identify their needs, answer product questions, and recommend the right solutions.

You will also resolve concerns to maximize client satisfaction and support store sales goals. Responsibilities include processing transactions, stocking and displaying products, assisting in deliveries, and staying informed about product features.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 50–70 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies and procedures.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Maintain precise work order files and formulas.
• Pull appropriate products from the sales floor or warehouse.
• Tint and mix products, as needed, to customer specifications.
• Stock shelves and set up displays.
• Load/unload delivery trucks and assist in deliveries as needed.
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options.
• Comply with inventory control procedures.
• Suggest ways to improve sales.
