Job summary

Sherwin-Williams in Tennessee is hiring a Customer Service Specialist to help wholesale and retail customers find the right paint solutions, answer questions, and ensure satisfaction. You will greet customers, process transactions, and support deliveries while maintaining store appearance.

This role requires excellent communication, basic math for transactions, and the ability to lift up to 70 lbs. A valid driver’s license and high school diploma are preferred; bilingual abilities

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Experience in customer service or retail is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in person and over the phone to determine needs and recommend products.
• Process sales transactions accurately and in accordance with policies.
• Stock shelves, maintain displays, and ensure store cleanliness.
• Assist with deliveries as needed and tinting/mixing tasks.
• Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
