Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support store operations in Bristol, TN. You will serve both wholesale and retail customers, determine needs, and recommend suitable Sherwin-Williams products to drive satisfaction and sales.

This role handles transactions, helps with product tinting, and ensures displays are well-stocked and visually appealing. You may also assist with deliveries and maintain knowledge of products to advise customers effectively, while meeting store

Qualifications

Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
Legally authorized to work without sponsorship.
Valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally.
Willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting products.
Build productive trust with wholesale and retail customers.
Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies.
Follow and achieve sales goals monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
Maintain accurate work order files and formulas.
Tint and mix products to customer specifications.
Stock shelves and set up displays; load/unload delivery trucks.
Assist in making deliveries as needed; maintain clean equipment.
