Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must read, write and speak English; must read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Ability to retrieve items from shelves and lift up to 50 lbs., up to 70 lbs. on occasion; may involve standing and walking for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies.
• Follow and achieve sales goals monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
• Maintain precise work order files and formulas; pull products from floor or warehouse.
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications; stock shelves and set up displays.
• Clean store equipment; load/unload delivery trucks; assist with deliveries as needed.
