Sherwin-Williams in Erie, PA is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to assist wholesale and retail customers, determine needs, answer questions about products, and recommend the right solutions. You will promptly resolve concerns and maintain high product quality and store standards.

The role involves processing sales, stocking shelves, assisting with deliveries, and meeting monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Formación

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends as required.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction with excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting products.
• Process sales transactions accurately and follow store policies.
• Maintain in-stock and presentable store areas and display equipment.
• Support deliveries and load/unload duties when needed.
• Stay knowledgeable on products and available options to upsell.
