Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support both wholesale and retail customers at Store #701173 in Erie, PA. You will determine customer needs, explain product options, and help resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.

Responsibilities include processing sales, stocking displays, tinting and mixing as needed, and meeting monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals, while maintaining store standards and accuracy in all transactions.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistent with policies and procedures.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications.
• Stock shelves and set up displays.
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options.
