Job summary

Sherwin-Williams in Cranberry Township, PA is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to assist wholesale and retail customers, determine needs, recommend painting solutions, and maintain high store standards and product knowledge.

You will process sales, handle transactions, stock shelves, assist in deliveries, and answer questions in person or by phone, all while working toward monthly and yearly sales goals and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent sales service to achieve high customer satisfaction.
• Assist customers in person and by phone, determine needs and present products.
• Build trust with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and per policies.
• Follow and achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
• Maintain accurate work orders and stock levels.
• Assist in pulling products from floor or warehouse, tint and mix as needed.
• Stock shelves and set up displays, clean store equipment, load/unload delivery trucks.
• Support in deliveries when needed.
• Maintain in-stock and presentable condition in assigned areas.
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss options available.
• Follow inventory control procedures and suggest ways to improve sales.
