Sherwin-Williams in Huntsville, AL is seeking Customer Service Specialists to help wholesale and retail customers, determine needs, and recommend products. You will resolve concerns and ensure client satisfaction while supporting store sales goals.

The role covers in-store service, phone inquiries, and occasional deliveries within a 15-mile radius of Store #2228. Responsibilities include processing transactions, stocking shelves, tinting and mixing where needed, and maintaining displays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English and Spanish.
• Valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. occasionally.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent sales service to wholesale and retail customers.
• Determine customer needs and recommend the right Sherwin-Williams products.
• Process sales transactions accurately following store policies.
• Maintain product displays, stock levels, and store cleanliness.
• Assist with deliveries and loading/unloading as required.
• Stay knowledgeable on product features and promotions.
