Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support both wholesale and retail customers in our store in Vestavia Hills, AL. You will determine customer needs, offer appropriate product solutions, and ensure timely resolution of issues while maintaining high store standards.

Responsibilities include assisting customers, processing sales, stocking displays, and performing tinting/mixing per specifications.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs on occasion.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies and procedures.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Maintain precise work order files and formulas.
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications.
• Stock shelves and set up displays.
• Load/unload delivery trucks and assist in deliveries.
• Remain knowledgeable about products and discuss available options.
• Comply with inventory control procedures.
• Suggest ways to improve sales.
