Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support wholesale and retail customers in stores within a 10 mile radius of Store #5415 in Foley, AL. You will determine customer needs, recommend products, and resolve concerns to ensure high customer satisfaction.

You will help meet sales goals, manage transactions, and maintain stock and displays while staying current on product features. Evening/weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Legally authorized to work without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs on occasion.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Build trust with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and follow store policies.
• Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
• Maintain in-stock and presentable store areas.
• Stock shelves and displays; pull products from floor/warehouse.
• Tint and mix products per customer specs; support deliveries as needed.
• Remain knowledgeable on products and options.
