Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Customer Service Specialist for Store #2316 in Mobile, AL. You will work with wholesale and retail customers to assess needs, recommend products, and ensure satisfaction while supporting sales goals.

This role requires a friendly, dependable team player who can lift up to 70 lbs, handle cash transactions, and collaborate with deliveries. Spanish language skills are a plus, and prior retail or paint-supply experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately in line with policies and procedures.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Maintain accurate work order files and inventory; pull products from floor or warehouse.
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications.
• Stock shelves and set up displays; clean store equipment.
• Load/unload delivery trucks; assist in deliveries as needed.
• Remain knowledgeable on products and available options; comply with inventory controls.
• Suggest ways to improve sales.
