Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company in Mobile, AL seeks a Customer Service Specialist to assist wholesale and retail customers, determine needs, and recommend solutions; resolve concerns to maximize satisfaction and sales. You will stay current with product features and maintain store quality and displays.

Responsibilities include handling transactions, stocking, tinting/mixing as needed, and supporting deliveries.

Qualifications

Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship now or in the future.
Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English and Spanish.
Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion; willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
Process sales transactions accurately and in line with policies and procedures.
Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
Maintain in-stock and presentable condition in assigned areas.
Stock shelves and set up displays; assist in deliveries as needed.
