Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English and Spanish.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. and perform physical tasks.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Internal Sherwin-Williams employees must have at least a meets expectations rating.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting products and services.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and according to policies.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Maintain accurate work order files and pricing formulas.
• Stock shelves and set up displays; tint and mix products as needed.
• Assist with deliveries and loading/unloading from trucks.
• Maintain clean store equipment and assigned areas.
• Remain knowledgeable on products and discuss options with customers.
• Comply with inventory control procedures.
• Suggest improvements to increase sales.
