The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support both wholesale and retail customers. You will determine needs, answer product questions, and recommend solutions while maintaining high quality visuals and store standards.

Responsibilities include handling sales transactions, driving sales goals, stocking displays, tinting/mixing products, and assisting with deliveries as needed. Prior experience in paint or retail is a plus; bilingual in Spanish is preferred.

Competenze

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.

• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting products and services.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies and procedures.

• Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas.
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options.
