Job summary

Sherwin-Williams Co. is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to assist wholesale and retail customers by identifying needs, answering questions about products, and recommending the right solutions.

You will promptly resolve concerns to maximize client satisfaction and maintain high product quality and store visuals. Responsibilities include processing sales, stocking displays, assisting with deliveries, and staying current on product features to drive sales and meet store goals.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English.
• Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in Spanish.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.
• Available to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent sales service to customers to maintain high satisfaction.
• Assist customers in person and by phone, determine needs, and present suitable products and services.
• Build trust with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately per policies and procedures.
• Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
• Maintain organized work order files and formulas.
• Stock, tint, and mix products per customer specs.
• Restock shelves and set up displays; clean equipment.
• Assist with load/unload of delivery trucks and deliveries as needed.
• Stay knowledgeable about products and options to upsell where appropriate.
