The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to assist wholesale and retail customers, determine their needs, and recommend products. You will resolve concerns promptly and help achieve store sales goals while maintaining product quality and visual standards.

Responsibilities include serving customers, processing transactions, stocking displays, tinting/mixing paints, and supporting deliveries as needed. Must be bilingual (English/Spanish) and able to lift up to 70 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English and Spanish.
• Engage with customers to determine needs and present products and services.
• Maintain accurate sales transactions and process policies and procedures.

Responsabilités

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies and procedures.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Stock shelves and set up displays.
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications.
• Load/unload delivery trucks and assist in deliveries as needed.
