Vertex is seeking a Pain Territory Account Manager to build and sustain relationships with hospital systems and key physicians to promote JOURNAVX. You will lead strategic account plans, drive formulary access, and exceed territory sales targets while collaborating with field teams and HQ for aligned initiatives.

You will travel up to 80% of the time, operate within a defined US territory, and participate in annual bonus and equity programs as part of total rewards.

Formación

• 5-7+ years in biotech sales.
• 3+ years of Account Management experience.
• Proven ability to navigate hospital institutions and engage formulary management.
• Experience with pulling through inpatient formularies, protocols, pathways, and order sets.
• Highly competent IT skills including Veeva CRM.
• Experience launching new products preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Establish relationships within key hospital accounts across multiple layers of staff and formulary decision makers.
• Educate healthcare professionals on product attributes and patient unmet needs.
• Navigate formulary processes and deliver content to include JOURNAVX in formularies and pathways.
• Understand institutional customer dynamics and stakeholder mapping.
• Implement strategic account plans to identify opportunities and growth in the customer landscape.
• Drive sales performance and ensure forecasts and budgets are met or exceeded.
