Target is offering a Stores Executive Leadership Internship in Nashville, TN. This paid 40 hr/week program provides hands-on training to develop and prepare for the Store Leader path, emphasizing leadership among the team and guest service excellence.

You will work with an ETL mentor, learn multiple store areas, and participate in ongoing development conversations to build future readiness for store management.

Qualifications

• Strong guest service and communication skills.

Responsibilities
