Job summary

Target is offering a paid Stores Executive Internship in a fast-paced retail environment. The 40 hr/week program provides hands-on leadership training to prepare you for the Stores Executive Team Leader role, working with mentors and leaders across departments.

Ideal candidates have an interest in retail management, strong customer service and teamwork, and the flexibility to adapt to a dynamic store setting. Prior retail exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Leadership skills and teamwork
• Strong communication and customer service abilities

Responsibilities

• Lead team on the sales floor and in backroom to align with daily priorities
• Collaborate with the Executive Team Lead mentor to understand departmental roles
• Assist in setting department goals and communicating expectations to staff
• Deliver exceptional guest service and help resolve guest issues
• Participate in daily huddles and ongoing internship training
