Job summary

Target's Stores Executive Internship offers hands-on leadership experience in a real store environment. This paid 40 hr/week program develops you toward the Stores Executive Leader role by guiding you through daily operations, guest service, and team leadership with mentors.

You will learn to drive guest experience, lead daily priorities, and develop merchandising and coaching skills, preparing for future store leadership opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong interest in working in retail management.
• Leadership skills and team-oriented thinking.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including nights/weekends/peak times.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team on daily priorities on salesfloor and backroom.
• Collaborate with ETL mentor and leaders to understand roles.
• Lead daily priorities, stock shelves, maintain safe guest environment.
• Provide performance feedback and support to team members.
• Participate in daily huddles and communicate goals.
• Review business reports and guest insights to identify opportunities.
