Job summary

Target’s Stores Executive Internship is a paid, 40 hr/week program designed to develop future store leaders (Assistant Store Manager). You will work with mentors and lead teams, gaining hands-on experience across store priorities and guest service.

You will learn to drive guest experience, manage daily operations, and participate in internship training while building leadership skills and business acumen.

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong interest in retail management.
• Leadership and team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team on daily priorities and guest service.
• Work with ETL mentor to understand leadership roles.
• Lead daily priorities like stocking shelves and displays.
• Provide coaching and feedback to team members.
• Help set goals and drive store performance.
• Participate in internship training activities.
