Astound Broadband is seeking a Manager, Digital Paid Media to lead our paid media strategy across search, social, and programmatic channels. You will manage a multi-million-dollar budget, guide a talented team, and partner with eCommerce, Analytics, Finance, Brand, and agencies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.

You will optimize channel mix, test new ideas, and translate data into actionable plans for senior leadership, while upholding Astound’s inclusion and belonging priorities.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
• Experience in high-volume paid media management for service-based or subscription businesses.

Responsabilidades

• Own paid media strategy and performance across search, social, programmatic, affiliate, and retargeting.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing paid media team.
• Manage budgets, pacing, forecasts, and investment shifts across channels and markets.
• Optimize channel mix, audiences, creative, offers, and landing pages to improve conversions, revenue, and customer value.
• Drive testing across platforms, audiences, creative, messaging, placements, and landing pages.
• Define performance metrics and apply MMM and MTA insights to guide investment decisions.
• Apply AI search and content insights to strengthen paid media strategy, targeting, and performance.
• Turn performance data into clear optimization plans and executive reporting.
• Communicate strategies, solutions, and performance insights to senior leadership to influence change, refine priorities, and redesign tactics that improve business outcomes.
• Grow affiliate performance through partner, placement, and offer optimization.
