Job summary

Ruppert Landscape in Charleston, SC offers a 10–12 week paid internship in landscape maintenance. May–August 2027, you’ll gain hands-on field experience and exposure to office operations through meaningful projects.

You’ll shadow crews in Field Operations, Irrigation, Enhancements, Sales and Branch Leadership, with dedicated mentorship and leadership development to prepare you for a career in the commercial landscape industry.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Active pursuit of a degree in horticulture or related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills; fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented with customer focus; supports various operations.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds; office and field work.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on field training in multiple areas of field operations.
• Shadow teams in Field Operations, Irrigation, Enhancements, Sales, Leadership.
• Work with a mentor and receive regular feedback for professional development.
• Participate in leadership development and team projects.
• Present internship experience at program end.
