Ruppert Landscape is offering a Landscape Install Internship in Charleston, SC, for a 10–12 week program from May to August 2027. You will gain hands-on field experience alongside crews and receive mentorship while exploring branch operations and career paths within Ruppert.

The internship emphasizes real-world learning in both field and office settings, with opportunities to shadow Project Management, Estimating, Sales and Operations teams and to participate in local branch events.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Actively pursuing a degree in Horticulture or related field.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in field environments.
• Proficient with basic computer software including MS Office.
• Willingness to learn in a fast-paced, team-driven setting.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on field training across multiple areas of field operations.
