Job summary

Ruppert Landscape offers a 10–12-week paid internship in landscape maintenance, with hands-on field training and job shadowing across Field Operations, Irrigation, Enhancements, Sales, and Branch Leadership.

Interns receive dedicated mentorship, participate in leadership development, and have opportunities for future full-time roles after graduation. The internship is field-focused and may include time outside to support core operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Candidates actively pursuing a degree in Horticulture, Turf Management, Agribusiness, Business Management, Operations Management, Construction Management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on Field Training across multiple areas of field operations.
• Job shadowing with Field Operations, Irrigation, Enhancements, Sales, and Branch Leadership.
• Dedicated mentorship with regular feedback and professional development.
• Management & Leadership development through team building, etiquette, communication, and leadership practices.
• Collaborative team environment with meaningful projects and cross-functional learning.
• Professional networking within Ruppert Landscape’s network.
• Intern choice experience to gain further training in the department of choice.
• Final presentation at program end highlighting experiences, projects, and skills developed.
