Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Pursuing degree in Horticulture, Turf Management, Agribusiness, Business Management, Operations Management, Construction Management, or related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in a team-oriented, customer-focused industry and supporting diverse operational needs.
• Comfortable in both office and outdoor field environments.

Responsibilities

• Gain hands-on experience in field operations and branch operations.
• Observe and engage with teams in Field Operations, Irrigation, Enhancements, Sales, and Branch Leadership.
• Work with an experienced mentor who provides regular feedback and support.
• Develop leadership and professional etiquette through dedicated development activities.
• Collaborate with a team to complete meaningful projects and expand industry knowledge.
