Ruppert Landscape is offering a 10–12-week paid internship in landscape maintenance, May–August 2027. You will gain hands-on field experience alongside crews, with opportunities to shadow departments such as Irrigation, Enhancements, Sales, and Branch Leadership.

Dedicated mentorship and a final internship presentation help you build skills, network, and explore career paths within a values-driven, people-first culture.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Actively pursuing a degree in Horticulture, Turf Management, Agribusiness, Business Management, Operations Management, Construction Management, or related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to support a variety of operational needs and work in both office and outdoor settings.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on field training across multiple areas of field operations.
• Job shadowing with Field Operations, Irrigation, Enhancements, Sales, and Branch Leadership.
• Dedicated mentorship and regular progress feedback.
• Management and leadership development through teamwork and professional etiquette.
• Collaborative work with interns on meaningful projects and networking opportunities.
• Interns may choose an area for further training at the program end.
