Ruppert Landscape offers a 10–12 week paid internship in landscape maintenance, with hands-on field training and job shadowing across Field Operations, Irrigation, Enhancements, Sales, and Leadership.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Pursuing a degree in Horticulture, Turf Management, Agribusiness, Business Management, Operations Management, Construction Management, or related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented, customer-focused, willing to support various operational needs.
• Office and outdoor field environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
